Our pricing is transparent and straightforward – no hidden fees, no travel charges, and no surprises. If a visit runs over, you are charged proportionally only for the extra time.
We are a Real Living Wage employer, and we have not increased our prices despite rising wages and National Insurance changes that have led many franchise providers to pass costs on to families. As an independent provider, careful cost management means we can maintain exceptional standards without charging exceptional prices.

Weekdays & Weekends
- 30-minute visit£23.00
- 45-minute visit£28.50
- 60-minute visit£34.00
Bank Holidays
- 30-minute visit£28.50
- 45-minute visit£36.75
- 60-minute visit£45.00
Visits longer than 60 minutes are charged as multiples of the hourly rate. For example, a 90-minute visit on a weekday would be charged as 1.5 × £34.00 = £51.00.
Waking Night Care
The 8-hour night shift can be tailored to suit the sleeping pattern of the individual service user. For example, shifts may run from 11pm to 7am, or 10am to 6am, depending on their needs and preference. Service users can also add additional hours if an 8-hour night shift is insufficient. Live-in care plans may vary in price once finalised and depending on individual needs. This is an indicative price only.
